Betty is a master at handling all things related to sub-interns, student applications and interviews, and is very helpful to the faculty who really appreciate all that she does, and always with a smile.
Jill Edwards - Staff
Jill is a new, fresh face to the Family Medicine staff. From the day she stepped in the door, she has hit the ground running to learn and do as much as possible to help out the program. She works closely with the residents, faculty and staff during the recruitment season as well as helping to keep schedules organized, so that residents can easily know where they need to be. She dedicates herself to gaining a mutual respect with the residents and creating a team atmosphere which aligns with the vision of Via Christi.
Why Via Christi? Via Christi believes in offering a helping hand, encouraging one another, and always staying positive even in tough times. This inspired me and helps me be the person I want to be.
Passions: I love spending time with my husband, Nate, and two dogs, Lily and Bella. Also, I love making jewelry and challenging myself to try new things.

Marcia Beasley - Staff
Head coordinator for Residency Med. Ed. She works directly with Dr. Stovak, Residency Director, and Kay Glasner, Clinic Director, and distributes work assignments.
Connie Gallardo - Staff
Connie is our "jack-of-all-trades" on the SJ Campus and is the primary support staff assisting the faculty and residents in their needs within the residency. She is very much appreciated and we know that we could not function without her.
Passions: Cooking, gardening and time with my family, and my dogs I have a 8 yr old Golden Retriever, and a 9 mo Rottie.

Sarah Miller - Staff
Sarah is the Graduate Medical Education Coordinator and helps support not only Family Medicine, but the other 6 residencies Via Christi offers. She is in charge of timecards for the residents and the reporting of their hours to Medicare. Sarah also supports the core 3rd and 4th year Osteopathic medical students and visiting students to Via Christi.
Why Via Christi? Via Christi has great opportunities for growth within the Graduate Medical Education department.
Passions: Sarah loves working with the residents and medical students during their pursuit of becoming doctors.
